Motus 3D Compensated Crane

The MOTUS 3D Crane is based on our standard crane range and is primary designed to be placed on a vessel and transfer gods and personnel to/from windmills or other fixed installations.

The standard cranes are developed further to include a 3D compensation system for compensation of ship motions during lifting to/from a fixed object like a windmill. 3D compensation will keep the load vertically steady and the boom tip horizontally steady if the ship is moving due to waves.

The 3D compensation will increase the operational safety and ease transfer and lifting/landing. The crane has anti-collision system mounted in the boom tip to avoid collision with objects.
