The cranes is designed for accurate and efficient deck/shore load handling included transport/stacking of pots. The knuckle jib design gives the crane good control with the lifted load, due to low pendulum height and the cushion arrangement in the bom tip.
The three arms eases pulling single or multiple pots. Local control master and slave, and remotely operated from bridge. Camera/monitor is integrated in the bridge panel. The system interfaces is compatible to other Motus products. Optional features on request.
Complete unit with angle adjustment for sheave, interfaces for hydraulic and inspection hatch. Arranged in line with middle crane arm. Frame and foundation welded to vessel structure.
Designed for rope coiling, typically connected and synchronized to horizontal power block. Coiler is moveable by trolley in longitudenal direction.
Complete vertical suspended unit with interfaces for hydraulic. Suspended from lower arm.
Designed for rope coiling, typically connected and synchronized to vertical suspended power block.
2-step pot launcher unit for up to 2200 mm pots. Adaptable to various rail/bulwark heights. The launcher is equipped with hydraulic operated cylinders for pot locking, shaker function and luffing movement.
The Derrick system gives the booms individual possibilities for topping, slewing and hoisting. It is designed to be operated by tackles, wires, and forces distributed through wire, foundations and blocks. Movements by hydraulic or electrical winches.
Electro-hydraulic power unit for Motus deck equipment requiring external oil supply. The unit is designed to supply additional high-pressure deck equipment, such as: pot hauler, stacking cranes, hydraulic hatches, spliceing vice, aux winches, crab elevators, power blocks and cargo derricks.
The fixed boom design gives the crane good lifting height at a short radius. The interface towards vessel and the rotating part have been shortened, to prevent interfaces with view through the wheelhouse windows.
